Shoe Phone Friday: Wish you were here

Today’s Shoe Phone Friday is a picture of my lovely friends Ali and Laura. I have called the picture ‘Wish you were here’ and given it a watercolour effect as they both look so gorgeous and you just want to jump into the picture and join them. The picture was taken at an event on Wednesday at the lingerie shop, Marie, in Abingdon. We had a wonderful time learning all about the history of bras and why we should invest in good quality underwear.

It was a great event and I won twice on the raffle (I only accepted one prize, flowers from Grace Huckstep). I thought it must be my lucky day but then my real stiletto (not my shoe phone) got stuck in my trouser leg and I went flying and landed flat on my face in the middle of Abingdon. A very sobering reminder not to get too cocky! Amazingly I didn’t smash the vase the flowers were in. Anyway happy Shoe Phone Friday.
